“ 飞扬中国 ”项目 是2010 年加拿大B.C省首府 温哥华冬奥会 在中国开展文化推广的第一炮，该项目是 2008年5月2 8 日至31日为期 四 天的 文化 访问 ，主要内容包括音乐产业论坛和音乐演出两大部分。
届时将有中国乐队赌鬼、旅行团、宠物同谋、 咖啡因、郝云 和加拿大乐队 B uck65 ( 巴克65 )、 D aniel wesley (丹尼尔.韦斯利)、 、 Y ou say party,we say die(聚会或死亡)、 W oodhands(木手)、 C hampion(冠军)等多个中外知名独立乐队同场献技，5月28和29日在星光现场碰撞出一场激动人心的“中、加摇滚PK”。
值得一提的是，演出者中来自加拿大获得“ 2006朱诺音乐大奖”最佳跳舞唱片提名(加拿大的格莱美奖)的 champion ， 和风靡整个加拿大并 被《Exclaim》杂志评为“2008年最值得一看的乐队”的 woodhands 乐队 ， 无疑是全场最大的亮点。他们另类流畅的音乐风格、独特新颖的表演方式，将叫醒你的全身感官，给你带来前所未有的震撼。
